You live in Switzerland and would like to collect your order from one of our bookshops or you’re wondering if it might not be better to have it dispatched to your door. You are not resident in Switzerland and are hesitating between Economy-Dispatch and Priority-Dispatch.
You can choose from a number of options, it’s up to you to find the one that suits you best.
Delivery methods
Payot.ch proposes two different delivery methods for your order: Availability in store and Dispatch [Economy-Dispatch [Anchor. Economy-Dispatch] and Priority-Dispatch [Anchor. Priority-Dispatch]]. It’s up to you to choose between these two delivery methods. Postage and packing costs in cases where you wish to dispatch your order vary according to whether delivery is in Switzerland, Europe or another country, and/or the urgency of your order. Available from bookshop
Asking for your order to be made available in one or other of the Payot bookshops is possible during the order basket validation process. In-store collection allows you to go to the bookshop to collect your order without having to pay postage costs on top of the cost of the articles that make up the order. In this way, you can place an order from home and, after being notified that your order is ready by the bookshop, which will process the order directly, have three weeks in which to drop by, collect your books and pay for them directly in the bookshop.
Dispatch
Depending on the delivery address of your order, the method and delivery options [Anchor. Delivery options] that you chose during the order basket validation process, you will have to pay separate postage and packing costs in addition to the amount of the articles in your order.

Delivery options
Payot.ch offers two different options for the dispatch of your order: Grouped delivery of all articles in your order and Ungrouped delivery of articles available at the time of your order, followed by articles that subsequently become available [delivery in Switzerland only].
Grouped delivery of all articles in your order
Grouped delivery corresponds to a single delivery of all articles in your order, regardless of their respective availability at the time your order is accepted. This delivery option is the default option during the order basket validation process, however you can easily change it if you would prefer to opt for ungrouped delivery.
Ungrouped delivery of articles available at the time of your order, and then of articles available subsequently
Ungrouped delivery is possible for all orders containing several articles. This means that initially you can receive items that are already available, and other articles later.
Dans ce cas les frais de port seront comptés pour chaque expédition et calculé de cette manière à la commande. Ils seront automatiquement minorés si plusieurs ouvrages de la même commande dégroupée sont prêts à être expédiés au même moment.
